Waffle Time!

There is a new food truck in town, and it has waffles!  Waffle Love is no longer here in Henderson or the Las Vegas valley anymore.  After the Waffle Love truck was stolen and stripped of its goods, the owners decided not to repair the truck and resume selling specialty waffles here.
So along came Waffle Time.  One of the creators of Waffle Time, Janessa Demille, explained how Waffle Time is different when she said, “Unlike a traditional breakfast waffle, Waffle Time serves Liege style waffles.  Our waffles are made from a dough rather than a batter, and then rolled in pearl sugar creating a caramelized sweet waffle when fully cooked.”
There are all kinds of sweet and savory waffles at Waffle Time.  Elena Vanderhoven’s favorite waffle is the “Chicken and Waffles because it tastes better than Cane’s.”
Freshman Madison Russell loves the Unicorn waffle “because it’s super sweet and fruity.  Whenever I am craving a dessert, the Unicorn is my go-to waffle for sure.”
Creating a new business is hard and has its challenges.  “The trial and error of creating new waffles provided us with the opportunity to combine different flavors and unique combinations,” Demille adds.  “Much like problem solving, it took a million small tweaks to get it just right.”
