Andrew Chu places first
Andrew Chu won the first round of regionals, shooting a 58 on a par 65 at Dragonridge under windy conditions, which was the best round of his career.
"Overall, I stayed pretty calm throughout the day, and when I had an opportunity, I capitalized on it,” Chu told reporters. “I’m just trying to help the team make state.”
As a team, Foothill is third behind Green Valley and Coronado. Grant George, who shot a 72, is in second place as a single.
Softball advances to State
Going into regionals with a second place finish for their division, the girls were bound and determined to gain another first-place finish for regionals. The girls quickly mercy-ruled the Wildcats 12-2. [More].

On Tuesday, April 7, the Hill hosted its annual Falcon Preview, a presentation for incoming freshman and their parents to inform them about what will be available both inside and outside of the classroom. To read more, [click here].
The FHS Red Cross Club saved 75 lives Saturday. They had a total of 27 donor's show up, and 25 were actually able to donate. There was never a time throughout the day that the blood mobile didn't have at least 1 donor inside. They were able to take thee donors at a time, and there were a couple of times, donor's had to wait.
Rachel Kole and Gabby Tinoco organized the event. "They are the two girls who had the vision and stuck with it, and I'm proud of both of them," said club adviser Amy R. Clark.
